SILFEN offers fast shipping to most countries. Shipping internationally takes 2-5 days. Shipments will be delivered between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be delivered to the address, listed on the submitted order - that being your private address or parcel shop.

The estimated delivery time is calculated from when the package leaves our warehouse in Roskilde, until it reaches its destination. SILFEN is responsible for all shipments, when in transit, until they are delivered at the specified delivery address or parcel shop. 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation-email, when your order has left our warehouse. The email contains tracking information, which makes it possible for you to track the package's progress. SILFEN can’t be held responsible for courier delays and other circumstances, it is out of our control.
