Shipping
SILFEN offers fast shipping to most countries. Shipping internationally usually takes 2-5 business days. Shipments will be delivered between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be delivered to the address, listed on the submitted order - that being your private address or parcel shop.
SILFEN sends through a variety of carriers, including UPS, GLS and FedEx. The cost of shipping is based on your location. Please find the an indication of the shipping info for your country/area below - you can see the exact price at checkout.Â

Norway: currently, we do not offer shipping to Norway due to challenges with customs duties on packages. We do have some retailers who may be able to ship the product to you - please reach out to info@silfenstudio.com for a recommendation.

The estimated delivery time is calculated from when the package leaves our warehouse in Roskilde, until it reaches its destination. SILFEN is responsible for all shipments, when in transit, until they are delivered at the specified delivery address or parcel shop.Â
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation-email, when your order has left our warehouse. The email contains tracking information, which makes it possible for you to track the package's progress. SILFEN can’t be held responsible for courier delays and other circumstances, it is out of our control.
