Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund. The return period begins on the day you receive your order.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense and must be arranged by you.

If you wish to return an item, please find the return address on the return form or below. Estimated return transit times are 7-10 business days outside Denmark and 3-5 business days within Denmark.

You are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Any costs related to customs, duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not accept parcels delivered to pick-up points. All returns must be sent directly to the address above.

Condition of the item upon return

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Original packaging, price tags, and labels must be included and must not have been removed or tampered with. All tags must remain attached.

Once your return has been received and approved at our warehouse, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note:

• We do not cover VAT, customs duties, or other costs associated with return shipments.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

If you received a conditional discount (e.g., 15% off when purchasing two items) and choose to return only part of your order, the discount conditions will no longer apply. The value of the discount applied to the item you keep will be deducted from your refund.

If you received a complimentary gift with your purchase (e.g., a notebook for orders over €100) and return the qualifying item(s), the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund unless the gift is also returned.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process your refund once it has been issued. Processing times vary between card issuers and are beyond our control.

We are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to place a new order at www.silfenstudio.com and return the original item separately.

We recommend sending your return as a trackable parcel. This ensures documentation of shipment and allows the package to be traced in case of delivery issues.

Unclaimed Packages

Within the EU:
Orders that are not collected from the pick-up point and are returned to us will incur a fee of €10 to cover return shipping costs.

Outside the EU:
Orders that are not collected from the pick-up point and are returned to us will incur a fee of €18 to cover return shipping costs.
