Welcome to Silfenstudio.com. We can help you express your individuality and creativity with a broad range of colorful bags.

By accessing or using any part of this website, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. SILFEN reserves the right to change the listed prices without notice. SILFEN reserves the right to refuse or reverse orders affected by any print or typing errors, pricing errors, and sold-out products. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the ‘checkout process’) you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
SILFEN’s terms and conditions may be updated from time to time (reflect changes in technology, our business model, or changes to relevant regulations). The terms and conditions that were applicable and that you accepted when you made your purchase will be the terms and conditions that apply to your order.

General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to SILFEN’s webshop, covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with SILFEN. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the webshop.

Orders

At SILFEN´s official webshop, all internet orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on a Friday after 11.00 AM will be shipped the following weekday. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Weekends and major holidays are not included in the processing time. We’re not able to make changes to your order, but you do have the option to cancel it within one hour. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct when you place your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. We reserve the right to cancel your order in one of the following situations: Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified, or your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if we have insufficient stock. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will re-credit your account as soon as reasonably possible.

All prices include taxes and VAT.

Your payment will be cashed and your order invoiced following shipment. The right of complaint expires two (2) years after the day of purchase (when the order confirmation has been sent).

Payment

Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the webshop. Payment is currently made in Danish kroner (DKK) for shipments to Denmark, in Swedish kronor (SEK) for shipments to Sweden, in Norwegian kronor (NOK) for shipments to Norway, in US dollars ($) for shipments to the US and Canada, an in Euro (€) for shipments within the European Union and the rest of the world. Payment can be carried out by credit or debit cards.

If you’re shopping using an international credit card, the payment will be reserved immediately after approving the order.

The payment will record as “reserved” until one or more conditions are met:

  1. We cash in the payment when the order has been fulfilled
  2. Until your bank or issuer release the payment.

We accept VISA, MasterCard & VISA ELECTRON.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the placed order. Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used.

  • Delivery in Denmark: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery in Europe: 3-9 business days
  • Delivery outside of Europe: 8-10 business days

The shipping time is the estimated time from when the package leaves our warehouse in Denmark until it reaches its destination. On all orders outside of Denmark, we offer a fair shipping fee depending on the shipping distance. SILFEN holds responsibility for each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point, the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains tracking information, which enables you to follow the progress of your shipment. SILFEN cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control, such as Natural Disasters, Acts of God, pandemics, or wars.

Any and all expenses from tolling, importing, etc. fall to the customer (Receiver of goods), and not SILFEN.

Note that SILFEN is not currently part of the VOEC and therefore customs fees can be applied on orders to Norway.

Returns

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you can return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. The return period is counted from the day you receive your goods.

When returning goods please ensure that you fill in and enclose the return form. The return form will be enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one, please contact us. All items must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, etc shall be returned with the product, without having been tampered with. All tags must still be attached to the item.

If deciding to return an item, please find the address for returns on the return form. Return transit time outside of Denmark 7-10 days, while domestic returns are estimated for 3 – 5 days. Costs incurred in returning are for your own account, and please remember that you as a customer are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.  Any and all expenses from tolls, importing, etc. are paid for by the customer. Once the package is received at our warehouse and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. We are not able to customize exchange orders. We therefore kindly ask you to place a new order on www.silfenstudio.com.

We recommend that your return package is shipped as parcel post. This way the package can be tracked, and it excludes doubt of whether the package was returned, and the package can be traced.
